Shipping and national delivery
Based just outside of Bend, Oregon, EZpanl ships the hook system to job sites across the United States.
Shipping is free to all 50 states. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email once your order leaves our facility.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday start processing the next business day. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order departs our facility. If your tracking has not updated in a couple of days, contact us and we will chase it down.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you need a kit outside the US, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
