Returns and refunds

We stand behind the efficiency of the EZpanl hook system. If it is not the right fit for your crew, the return process is straightforward.

Short answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Tools must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. You cover return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large bulk orders. Contact us and we will walk you through it.

The 30 day window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Start the return by contacting us at info@ezpanl.com or (541) 668-2810 before shipping anything back, so we can confirm the return and where to send it.

Condition

Tools must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Hooks that show significant job site wear, or damage from misuse or from use inconsistent with our safety guidelines, are not eligible for a full refund. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid to ship a kit back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, because a return we never receive is one we cannot refund.

Restocking on bulk orders

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large bulk orders. If you are ordering for a full crew or multiple job sites and want the return terms confirmed in writing before you buy, contact us first and we will put it in writing.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer sets how long it takes to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will make it right. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help us sort it out quickly.
