Safety and liability disclaimer

How the EZpanl hook system is meant to be used, and the terms that apply to it.

The Two-Person Rule

The EZpanl hook system is an installation aid designed to increase precision and safety. It is not a replacement for a second worker.

Recommended use

This system should be used by a minimum of two people at all times, to ensure the safety of the installers and the integrity of the siding panels.

Misuse

EZpanl is not liable for injuries, property damage, or panel breakage resulting from solo use, or from use inconsistent with our safety guidelines.

Follow the panel manufacturer

A support method holds the panel steady while your crew positions and fastens it. It does not change what a compliant siding assembly requires. Your panel manufacturer sets the fastening, flashing, clearance, and water-resistive-barrier requirements for your specific product, and those instructions govern.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Deschutes County, Oregon.

Questions about safe use of the kit can be sent to info@ezpanl.com or raised on the contact page. See also how it works for the six-step sequence and why panel siding is a two-person job.
